Creativity doesn’t require a craft room, an art degree, or even believing you’re particularly creative.
Sometimes it’s making something with your hands. Sometimes it’s trying something new, playing with color, decorating a planner, making a bracelet, or simply giving yourself permission to do something just because you enjoy it.
At Nana’s True North, creativity isn’t about making something perfect. It’s about making space to play, explore and discover what brings you joy in this season of life.

Sometimes it’s easier—and a lot more fun—to try something new when you’re doing it with other women.
Creativity & Community with Nana brings women together in Delaware, Ohio, for an evening of creating, conversation and connection. Our projects change, but the goal stays the same: to provide a relaxed, welcoming place where you can try something creative without worrying about doing it “right.”
You might make jewelry, create something for your home, play with paper, or discover a project you’ve never tried before. No experience is necessary, and perfection is definitely not required.
Come for the project. Stay for the conversation, laughter and connection.
Make It Monday
Sometimes Monday needs a little creativity.
Make It Monday brings women together in Columbus, Ohio, for an evening of creating, conversation and fun. Each gathering features a project you can make and take home, with plenty of time to visit and connect while we create.
You don’t need to be crafty or have any special skills. Just come ready to try something new, enjoy the company, and see what you can make.
Because Mondays are better when we make something together.
Creativity From Wherever You Are
Creativity at Nana’s True North shouldn’t depend on your ZIP code.
While our current creative gatherings take place in Delaware and Columbus, Ohio, I’m exploring ways to bring the creative experience to women wherever they live.
Virtual gatherings, projects we can create together from home, and other online creative opportunities are on the horizon for 2027.
Because wherever you are, there should be a place for you at the creative table.
